Lottie the Lighthouse was planned to incorporate geography and technology content and a story of adventure. There will be other books to tell of Lottie's new found place in the world. The sticking point was how to illustrate this story. I have been so fortunate that my sister - in - law,  Anne E Fenton,  generously gave some thought to the project, and the book is enhanced by her lovely artwork.
